Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that is returned in a damaged, used, or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Original Packaging: Please ensure that items are returned with their original packaging, including any branded boxes, bags, or other materials that came with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom or Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at Support@civilengineeringuniverse.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Ship Your Return: Package the items securely and include the return authorization number (RMA) inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process to return the original item and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at Support@civilengineeringuniverse.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
